Train Watching with Cousin Rylee

Last Night we put up our Christmas Train- the kids loved it!! Cousin Rylee is here visiting from Las Vegas, so we put the train up for the kids. I had to post these pictures, they are so sweet of the kids. They sat and watched the train go around and around the tree all night. Micah cried when we pried him away from the train!!

Thanksgiving 2007

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at Moms this year- the food was yummy and we ate, and ate some more. Hatalee and Maren made turkey cupcakes for everyone, and Grandma helped them make turkeys with their hands!! I think everyone had a great time. Afterwards we all played a little "Guitar Hero" on the Wii ( I just wish I had my camera, I'm sure Alina will post some picts.) Overall I think we all had a great Thanksgiving!

Nathans new love .....

I had to post a pictures of Nathans new interest!! The Murdock Family has grown so much that we no longer can all fit on two rafts, so we must buy a raft!! Nathan pumped up the raft and kids loved playing in it. If nothing else, I guess it will make a great trampoline!! Looks like we'll be ready for next summer!! (as long as there are NO BEARS- where can I buy bear spray?)

Sand Dune Arch

We had so much fun this past weekend playing in Moab- the kids loved it! Brian and Alina took us to Sand Dune Arch and the kids played, ate, threw, jumped, ran and scooped sand for hours. We tried to get a picture of all the grandkids together, but someone wasn't too happy about it!! (Who's child is that?!)

Marens Birthday/Halloween Party!

Here's a slide show of Marens Birthday party! It was a hard call but Mckell got the most votes for best costume - she was a school teacher from the 80's.. very fitting. Ty Ty came in second place as Pres. Bush (he scared all of the kids with his mask). Overall I think everyone had a good time- just ask Rowan how exciting it was!!! :)

Uncle Ty Ty and Aunt B

Our Friday nights have been fun filled this month with visits from Ty Ty and B. Now that they have moved so far away we just don't get to see them as much. :) The kids love all the attention and they're so good to play along with all of their crazy ideas. I snapped these picts while they were playing in the playhouse- Ty Ty didn't want his picture taken in the playhouse, so here it is!!! Posted on the blog for everyone to see! Pumpkin Patch

The kids were on Fall Break from school, so Mom and I took them to The Pumpkin Patch to pick out pumpkins! Mom actually found her way out of the corn maze (she didn't have to climb the fence yelling for help). The kids loved picking out their very own pumpkins! Micah wasn't to sure about sitting next to these larger than life pumpkins, but Mom found a little one just his size and he was happy ( I think he thought it was some kind of ball :) ).

Introducing Hatalee....

My name is Hatalee, I am 7 years old and I just started 2nd grade. My teacher is Miss. Dekker and she is funny. I love to read Harry Potter, Junie B. Jones and Amelia Bedelia books. I'm learning to play the piano and I have lost 7 teeth so far!! When I grow up I want to be an author and illustrate my own books. My favorite food is pizza, and I love to collect Little Pet Shops!! (I have 27 so far..) I love to go the park with my family and play with my cousins!!! I like playing games on the computer and I love going to school! My favorite Holiday is Christmas because I get toys and it's my birthday.

Gardner Village Witches!!!

We took the kids up to Gardner Village to see the Halloween Witches! They had so much fun just walking around and looking at all of the crazy witches!! These two were Marens favorite ones- she said they were the witches from her favorite movie "Hocus Pocus"!!

I Fell to the Pressure!

Here we are!! We've finally entered the blogging world, thanks to the nagging and constant harassing of my siblings and sister in law (Alina), who pretty much set this up for me :). So we'll give a try and see how it goes!!
