Labor Day

We thought it would be fun to take the kids on the Heber Creeper for Labor Day, so we drove up to Heber but we were too late. We missed the train and got to wave to everyone as they pulled away. We walked around, let Micah look at the "Choos" took a few pictures and left.
We did find the new Monument they just put up about one of my relatives, Joseph Stacy Murdock and the Peace Treaty he signed with Indian Chief Tabby August 20, 1867.
We went for ice cream, played at the park, and called it a day. Maybe we'll catch the train next time...

Your family is so cute! I'm sure Micah went crazy over the trains. He is such a boys boy. You guys are so much fun with your kids... They are lucky to have you as a mom.

I can't believe you have 3 kids now. It feels like just yesterday you just had your oldest and lived down the street from our fam. Boy does time fly!
It looks like you had fun in Heber even though you missed the train!
